Hi, I'm glad you're here.
I have a Master of Science in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy and have spent the past several years working with children, parents, foster parents, and families involved in the child welfare system. Along the way, I've learned that people heal best when they feel safe, understood, and accepted.
I work with people of all ages and am especially helpful for those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and attachment-related concerns. People often tell me I'm easy to talk to. I'm a regular person first and a therapist second, and I believe some of the best therapy happens through a genuine human connection.
I have a Masters in Social Work and have been practicing as a psychotherapist since 2014. I have a strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfullness and I am trained in EMDR.
Hello, I'm Brettina. I have been helping people navigate their lives since 2021. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and supported. As an empathetic listener with a nurturing presence, I bring a calm and nonjudgmental approach to therapy. I believe in the healing power of humor, authenticity, and connection, and strive to create a welcoming environment where growth can occur.
I’ve helped people work through trauma, burnout, ADHD, Bipolar mood concerns, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, and others, in ways that honor their pace and their story. Our work together is grounded in honesty, humor, and compassion.
As a therapist in Fresno and online in CA, I help people whose minds and bodies are tired of being on high alert. You might notice every possible threat around you, feel constantly on edge, or struggle to relax even in moments that should feel safe. You may carry guilt or shame from the ways you react when overwhelmed.
As therapy continues, you begin to notice small but real shifts. The mornings feel a bit lighter. You catch yourself laughing without effort. You start to sleep better. You find it easier to connect with family or friends, to be present, to breathe. These small moments build into something bigger
— a sense of belonging in your own life again.
Hi, I’m Natalie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping individuals, couples, children, and families feel more connected, understood, and supported through life’s challenges.
Over the past 10 years working in the mental health field — including 5 years providing therapy — I’ve worked in a variety of settings providing crisis services, trauma-focused support, and ongoing therapy for individuals and families with diverse needs. These experiences have strengthened my belief that healing happens best in spaces where people feel emotionally safe, genuinely seen, and never judged.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional disconnection, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and family or parenting challenges. In couples work, I help partners better understand the patterns and cycles they can get stuck in, improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection.
When you’re carrying the weight of depression or the constant hum of anxiety, the last thing you need is a clinical lecture. You need a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or the pressure to perform. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the heart of the work. Over my 23 years in practice, I’ve focused on creating a space that is first and foremost human, built on a foundation of genuine connection and trust.
Chenda Dyck is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She's in the final stretch of her PhD in Marital and Family Therapy, and she finished her master's at Fresno State back in 2016.
Chenda was born in Ratanakiri, in Cambodia's northern highlands. Families there hold together through a lot, and she watched how that works long before she had any language for it. She arrived in the U.S. in 2003, sponsored by an adoptive American family. What she learned in those years is the thing she still builds her practice on — that one safe relationship can redirect an entire life.
Her work centers on Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), grounded in systemic and attachment theory and carried by a social-justice lens. Diverse, multiracial, and immigrant families are where she does her best work — families managing cultural pressure and emotional strain at once. In session and in supervision, she holds to the same standards: respect for culture, honesty about feelings, and the relationship kept at the center.
Hi, I am Beth, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in CA. Adoption and foster care require a different kind of heart and a specialized set of tools. With three decades of dedicated experience, I help families navigate the nuances of trauma and "blocked trust." My approach is deeply empathetic, rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection. I provide the seasoned perspective you need to understand your child’s needs—and your own—more deeply. You don't have to do this alone.
Life can feel unbearably heavy sometimes. Unjust, exhausting, overwhelming, and terrifying all at once. And asking for help in the middle of all of that takes more courage than most people give themselves credit for.
If you're here, you've already done something brave.
I'm Sara, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. My work is rooted in the belief that you are not broken. You are a person carrying real pain, and you deserve a space where you feel genuinely accepted, supported, and safe enough to actually exhale.
