Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, extreme mood changes, or issues with focus? Are you plagued by addictions? Is this all affecting your work, physical health, and relationships?
Hi, my name is Marjorie and I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. If you're ready to begin your journey to mental wellness, I can help you navigate the path to living your best life. I believe in the mind-body connection and use a holistic approach to care. While I primarily prescribe psychiatric medication, I will partner with you to identify and treat areas in your life such as nutrition, environment, and physical issues, that may be affecting your mental health. We will work together to formulate a plan that will best meet your needs.
You deserve a safe place to be heard and to heal. Imagine feeling a sense of mental peace and balance. Imagine having freedom from addiction. Let's get you on the path to healing today!
Seeking help can feel like a big step, especially if you've been managing on your own for a long time. I'm a board-certified psychiatrist offering telehealth medication management for adults across Virginia and Pennsylvania — with evening and weekend appointments, so care fits into your life instead of competing with it.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar and mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, personality disorders including BPD, chronic suicidal ideation, and burnout. Many of my patients are high-functioning professionals who appear fine on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or not like themselves. I have a special focus on women's mental health, including PMDD, postpartum depression and anxiety, and mood changes through perimenopause.
My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and practical. I provide medication management within a broader therapeutic framework, drawing on CBT and supportive therapy — our sessions go beyond symptom checks. Care begins with a thorough evaluation, followed by treatment tailored to you, coping skills, and close follow-up. You'll always understand the why behind your treatment; medication is one tool, never the whole plan.
I also welcome patients who prefer care in Urdu, Punjabi, or Hindi. If you're ready, I'd be glad to help you take the next step.
Evelyn Rosa, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in child, adolescent, and adult mental health. At Beyond Mental Health and Wellness, patients receive comprehensive, evidence-based psychiatric evaluations and personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. With a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, Evelyn provides expert care for conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and more—helping patients regain balance, clarity, and control of their lives.
I have a growing focus on women’s mental health, perimenopause, and menopause and am completing additional training in hormone replacement therapy (HRT). As a former Registered Dietitian, I also incorporate evidence-based nutrition and supplements into care. When appropriate, I integrate CBT strategies into sessions to support meaningful change beyond medication alone.
My name is Leilani and I’m a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I believe feeling heard is just as important as any treatment plan. My background in both primary care and mental health, along with my experience as a military veteran and spouse, helps me understand how stress, health, and life experiences are often deeply intertwined. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and big life transitions, and I take time to listen before offering guidance. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where we can talk things through together and move forward in a way that feels manageable and right for you.

I am a board-certified Psychiatrist (medical doctor) providing virtual care throughout NY and PA. I taper medications. This means most of my patients want to safely reduce or ultimately stop taking psychiatric medications, and I guide them through that process safely and at their own pace. I include therapy in my 30-min follow up sessions, though do not offer weekly 1-hour therapy sessions. Many of my patients also work with a therapist.
