I am a licensed psychologist with over three years of experience providing psychological services across a variety of settings, including outpatient care, correctional institutions, inpatient treatment, and first responder programs. My diverse clinical background has allowed me to work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges and life circumstances.
I earned both my Master's and Doctoral degrees in Psychology from Loma Linda University. During my doctoral internship, I trained in a Level IV state prison, where I provided treatment to individuals with serious mental illness and worked extensively with concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, suicidality, adjustment difficulties, and emotional distress.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. I utilize evidence-based approaches to help individuals develop insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I've been practicing for over 5 years, working mainly with LGBTQ+ young adults and adults struggling with anxiety, gender, and interpersonal communication issues.
