I received my Bachelors of Science in Neuroscience from UCLA and then received my Master of Social Work from USC with a concentration in Children, Youth and Families. I utilize Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) while incorporating both attachment and relational-cultural theory. I operate from a strengths-forward lens and believe that safety and trust are of the utmost importance in the therapeutic process.
I’m Antionette Sob, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to empowering individuals to live fuller, more balanced lives. With over a decade of nursing experience and advanced training in mental health, I aim to provide safe, supportive, and compassionate care. I believe that everyone can heal and grow — sometimes we need the right tools and guidance.
Hi, I'm Scarlett LMFT, and I'm glad you're here. I work with individuals navigating all sorts of different life challenges. I aim to create a space where you feel understood and supported without judgement. My background includes working with youth and adults, and I tailor therapy to meet your needs. Together, we'll focus on helping you feel more grounded, confident and connected in your life. I also have experience supporting women navigating fertility, IVF and the transition to motherhood.
Welcome! I'm glad you are taking this step towards your growth and healing. Are you challenged with relentless thoughts, communication, or quieting your critical voice? I enjoy helping others manage anxiety, build self-esteem, and foster emotional resilience.
We all reach seasons of life that feel bigger than what we expected to carry.
Maybe becoming a parent has felt more overwhelming than you imagined. Maybe your baby spent time in the NICU, and life after coming home hasn't looked the way you thought it would. Maybe you're worried about your child's development, or maybe you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or a major life transition of your own.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, with specialized experience supporting early childhood mental health, developmental differences and neurodiversity, pregnancy and postpartum, and families navigating NICU stays and medically complex journeys.
Whatever brings you here, my goal is to help you better understand what's happening, feel more confident moving forward, and create meaningful change that lasts beyond the therapy space.
My practice is open to children, adolescents, and adults from all walks of life. I focus on anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and I also support people navigating trauma, mood disorders, and major life changes. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and genuinely involved in your care. I use evidence-based treatment and build personalized plans with each patient, not just for them. Whether you are just starting out or looking for a new direction, I am here to support lasting progress.
What we see as flaws often echo patterns rooted in early experiences that shaped our connections with ourselves and others. Trauma, unknowingly, informs these unconscious ways of being that once helped us navigate emotional, physical, and spiritual needs.
With 4+ years of experience treating eating disorders, trauma, and navigating life transitions across outpatient, intensive day programs (IOP/PHP), and residential settings, I bring a trauma-informed approach to help unravel these patterns.
My name is Geno Creese, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Drama Therapist (#942) accepting virtual clients in California. I completed my undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego, double majoring in business administration and psychology. I then continued my education and graduated with honors from Pepperdine University with a master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. I completed my traineeship through the YWCA, working at a middle school and at YWCA sexual assault/ domestic violence clinic. Post graduation I started my job with LGTC and spent two years in the adult and teen mental health IOP and PHP program as a group and individual therapist . I recently transitioned to working at the outpatient level of care, and I am so excited about this new chapter
I am currently accepting new clients. Life can feel loud, confusing, or just plain heavy, and you do not have to sort through it alone.
