Hello, I’m Dr. Wynn, a Licensed Psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and balance. I draw on evidence-based approaches to support clients dealing with stress, anxiety, mood changes, and adjustment issues. Some of the common concerns I help clients address include depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and family-related challenges. I’m passionate about assisting clients in processing difficult emotions and developing healthy ways to cope with life’s many stressors within a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment.
I know reaching out for help isn’t always easy. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, feeling overwhelmed, or simply not feeling like yourself, my goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable being honest about what you’re going through.
I believe people do best when they feel genuinely heard and understood. I take the time to listen, answer questions, and work with you to find solutions that fit your life. My focus is helping you feel better, function better, and get back to being the version of yourself you want to be.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I utilize the person in environment mindset. You are so much more than your current circumstances. Life experiences, family, friends, and environment impact you as a whole person. Feeling anxious, trouble sleeping, relationship strains, and difficulty stepping into a new transition in your life can be overwhelming. I like to use the solutions-focused framework to help you utilize the tools that you already have in new ways.
I also hold an endorsement as a Certified Clinical Transplant Social Worker. This means that I have undergone additional training and experience working with the unique needs of medically complex transplant patients and their families. I aim to help clients through life transitions, anxiety, and women's health.
Hi! I'm a Bilingual, Catholic therapist specializing in the integration of faith and clinical psychology. I work best with individuals navigating life's complexities (think student pressure, career stress, family life...) and desire a therapist who understands their moral framework. Being from Caracas, Venezuela, I bring a shared cultural perspective that helps me understand the Latin American community. Whether in English or Spanish, I provide a space where you can feel understood culturally, spiritually, and personally.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe healing is about more than simply treating symptoms. It’s about understanding and caring for the whole person. I take a holistic, compassionate approach, exploring how your mind, body, experiences, relationships, and daily habits may influence the way you feel.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stressors, drawing from my decade of experience supporting individuals and families in medical, mental health, and child welfare settings.
I have a medical trauma background and have spent 17 years as an Advanced practice provider.
Because trauma and pain often originate in relationships, they can be effectively healed and overcome in relationships. I want to help you to process and resolve the issues that are preventing you from feeling better, accomplishing your goals, and becoming the best version on yourself.
