You don’t have to go through life’s challenges on your own. With almost 10 years of experience, I provide support to individuals dealing with anxiety, burnout, trauma, and stress, as well as those exploring AAPI and gender identity issues. I also work with children and teens who are managing emotional and behavioral challenges. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to meet your individual needs. I hold a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from CSUSB. Whether you’re feeling stuck or striving for personal growth, I’m here to help!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals navigate trauma, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’ve worked in community mental health, school systems, and private practice, and I’m deeply committed to providing culturally affirming care that honors the full complexity of who you are.
I work with individuals and people in relationships navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, shame, anger, relationship distress, parenting, adoption, identity, and life transitions. Together, we'll slow down enough to notice what has been difficult to see, better understand what's happening beneath the surface, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I’m Jose Garcia, a licensed therapist (LICSW, CCM) with over a decade of experience helping adults navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions. I provide a supportive, culturally sensitive, and bilingual environment to help clients feel understood and empowered to grow.
I’m Angela, a dedicated and empathetic Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing comprehensive mental health care. I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, and sleep disorders, as well as life transitions related to relationships, career, and personal growth. My focus is on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where every client feels heard and empowered.
I believe meaningful change often begins with feeling deeply understood. I am deeply attentive to the hidden, stigmatized or exiled forms of emotion that leave people carrying their pain in isolation. In our work, I strive to cultivate a compassionate space where you can safely connect with and speak the truth of your emotional experience.
I bring curiosity, intuition, compassion, and humor into the therapy room. I won’t tell you who you should be or what your life should look like. Instead, I’ll help you understand yourself more deeply, recognize what may no longer be serving you, and identify changes that feel meaningful and authentic to you.
I especially enjoy working with women and with people navigating life transitions, relationships, identity, grief and loss, or a sense of feeling stuck. I’m particularly drawn to working with people who are ready to look inward, challenge old patterns, and create meaningful change in their lives.
