Top therapists in Texas accepting new patients
With decades of experience, I am well-versed in many different modalities. No one approach works for everyone, so I built a large tool kit to have a broad range of tools available. Areas of expertise include individual, couples and family counseling, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, special needs of gifted and talented, medical social work, impact of illness, traumatic brain injury, grief and bereavement, positive aging, geriatrics and end of life issues. Having been raised in a military family I enjoy working with our veterans, active duty personnel and their families.
I provide a warm, friendly, and judgment-free space where you can show up as your authentic self. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, or emotional overwhelm that makes it hard to feel like themselves. My goal is to create an environment that feels supportive, approachable, and safe enough for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences honestly. I want therapy to be a place where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to work through what is weighing on you.
