Bienvenidos! Welcome to My Practice
First off, I want to take a moment to thank you for prioritizing yourself today—it’s not always easy!
My name is Daniela, a bilingual (Spanish) clinical social worker. When not working, you’ll find me enjoying quality time with my loved ones, or sneaking the occasional nap.
I firsthand understand how culture shock, trauma, and grief can deeply affect lives. That’s why I dedicated my career to helping others navigate these challenges with support and compassion.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and the kind of stress that quietly wears you down — and I especially enjoy supporting men who may be trying therapy for the first time. My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and respectfully challenged to grow. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and create practical strategies that move you toward the life you want to live. I hold a Master of Education from Lamar University and bring a warm, empowering, judgment-free approach to every session.
My name is Jason L. Daugherty I hold a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and am currently credentialed as LPC Supervisor and LCDC . I offer a variety of Psychological services to adolescents, adults, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, and PTSD.
I believe with a little help, you can be your own change. If you've been struggling with addiction, trauma, or the weight of navigating life after contact with the justice system, I've spent more than 25 years working at exactly that intersection. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas with deep experience in the criminal justice, mental health, and substance use fields. Before private practice, I spent decades working directly with people the system had often already written off. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring conditions.
I'm Tajsheena, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving TX, FL, SC and TN. I have been in practice for 13 years and have worked with various populations including active duty military, children and families in foster care, and everything in between. As a provider, I also emphasize psychoeducation and supportive interventions outside of therapy to help clients better understand themselves and practice the long-term changes they are trying to achieve.
Hi there. I work with adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and overall well-being. I understand that finding the right counselor can feel overwhelming, and I’m here to make that process feel more comfortable and supportive. It is an honor for me to walk alongside someone as they take a step toward living better.
I help adults who feel stuck in anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief find steadier ground and move forward with more clarity and confidence. With over 20 years of experience, I support adults through life transitions, loss, and emotional pain that can feel hard to carry alone. I’m especially passionate about helping women navigate motherhood, identity shifts, and grief. I offer sessions in English and Spanish.
I feel called to help women navigate life as a mom, wife, friend, and problem solver.
Throughout my ten years of counseling I have worked with various clients seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma, and anger management. I feel called to help women navigate life as a mom, wife, friend, and problem solver.
I am a licensed mental health professional who works with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, and the emotional impact of difficult experiences. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood as they work through life’s challenges.
I believe therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative process. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I take the time to understand each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. Together, we explore those challenges, build insight, and identify practical steps toward meaningful change.
I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s story. My hope is that clients leave each session feeling more grounded, empowered, and confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges and move forward with greater clarity.
